Quiet Time between 9:00 pm and 7:00am. • No parties or events allowed. • No smoking allowed. • Maximum of 8 Guests are allowed at any point of time. No unregistered guests allowed. • Pets not allowed. • Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. • Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. • Please do not turn off AC during your stay or at check out. • Please respect check-in and check-out times. • Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. • Please don’t rearrange the furniture. • Wash the dishes, and place the garbage in the garbage bins before checkout. • No illegal substances allowed on the premises. . Please don't throw hard stuff like bones, metal stuff or plastic stuff in the kitchen sink. Please throw them in the trash cans. The Garbage disposer may not function properly.
